LEEK AND POTATO SOUP
A hearty winter soup with a swirl of fresh cream and croutons. Served with a roll and butter
PRAWN COCKTAIL
Bound with lemon mayonnaise and served with brown bread and butter
CHEFS PATE
Homemade chicken liver pate served with Cumberland sauce and toasted baguette
BRIE WEDGES
A pair of brie wedges wrapped in a crispy crumb served with a red onion chutney

MAIN COURSES
CHRISTMAS PLATTER
Slices of turkey and gammon served with chefs stuffing and chipolata
PEPPERED BEEF
Topside of beef roasted with black pepper and served with homemade Yorkshire pudding
MUSHROOM, CRANBERRY AND BRIE WELLINGTON
 Woodland mushrooms, spinach and brie encased in light puff pastry
SALMON WITH SPICED ORANGE
Gilled fillet of salmon sat on an orange sauce with a hint of cumin and sweet chilli
